Presentation: Maysa – Assessment of Pandemic Impact on Black Community in IC, CV & NL
Budget Balance: $11,612.38 (includes pending invoice of $684.50 from Old Capitol Printing)
D&I Committee Strategic Plan: What strategies do you want to start working on?
Laurie asked what strategies were in place for Goal 3
Goal 3 will require work with HR to showcase successful recruiting strategies
Specific training for hiring managers – Keshia mentioned idea of proposing a date a couple months from now for managers, let them know to hold it for their calendar – need to find a specific training curriculum
