Shall the Solon Community School District in the Counties of Johnson and Linn, State of Iowa, be authorized to build and furnish an addition to the Lakeview Elementary School Building, together with enclosing elementary open space areas, relocating three classrooms, and improving the school playground, and build and furnish an auditorium addition at the secondary school site area, together with expanding the lobby and office area and providing handicap accessibility to the secondary school building and issue its School Bonds in an amount not exceeding $2,300,000 for that purpose?
