Nearly all registration activity from February 4 to 18 was from the caucuses. Some voter records were cancelled from obituaries. Other counties also took records away from Johnson County (in most cases because voters attended caucuses in those counties).

The post-caucus total set new records for most total active registered voters in Johnson County and for highest percentage of registered Democrats.
