The North Liberty Community Library is part of the 17,900 square foot North Liberty Community Center along with three other City departments, including the indoor/outdoor aquatic center, recreation center (gymnasiums, children’s play area, track, weight area, and meeting and conference rooms), and the Communications Department.
Regular programming is provided for all ages throughout the year, including five summer reading programs for babies through adults with weekly activities. Free WiFi is provided to all and accessible 24/7.
One-on-one appointments for things like technology and job search assistance is available upon request.
Community members can also reserve study rooms or meeting rooms in the library.

North Liberty and rural Johnson County residents are able to get a card with full access to all borrowing privileges. Non-residents are able to get a library card and access most library services - there are exceptions to some things like digital resources.
Most library services are free of cost.
Printing and copying services are free for the first $3 - after that there is a fee of $0.10 per black and white single sided page ($0.20 for a BW double sided page).
