This program requires a referral from an agency to access the service- see eligibility below. It is intended to serve those who reside outside of the fixed route transit system, are being discharged from the hospital, are awaiting paratransit approval, are residents of Tiffin/North Liberty/Rural Johnson County without access to transportation, are immigrant populations, those with limited English proficiency, and any other individuals experiencing a barrier to accessing transportation.  The vehicle is accessible.
