Shall the City of University Heights in Johnson County, State of Iowa, enter in to a loan agreement and issue its bond in an amount not exceeding the amount of $1,800,000 for the purpose of paying the cost, to that extent, of acquiring and developing land for use as a municipal park and green space to protect air quality, water quality in streams, natural areas and wildlife habitat?

Dates and Deadlines

• April 16: Early voting begins at auditor's office, 7:45 to 5:30 weekdays
• April 20: Voter pre-registration deadline and last day to request mailed absentee ballot, by 5:00 p.m. (Voters may still register after this date using the election day registration procedure)
• April 30: Last day for in person absentee voting at auditor's office, 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• May 1: Election day. Polls open at City Hall, 1302 Melrose Ave., 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
