Ice Breaker: Two truths and a lie

Budget Balance:  $32,243.00

No expenditures since last month

Spectra Employee Report DH/EO meeting – The DH/EO meeting will include an agenda item about the Spectra Employee Report along with a short presentation about the report and the ask to help employees interact with the report.

Investment in Employee Email – conversation around the importance of email access with all regular employees.  The committee agreed that this is something that they would like to put effort behind and use as a stepping stone to make progress towards a more inclusionary workspace and setting up employees to succeed.  Next stops will be IT and Communications Committee Chair. End Goal: Bring an ask before the BOS

HR Update –  Working on bringing Ladrina Wilson to Johnson County. A new intern has been offered a position.  “Movie night” with Under The Same Moon in the works.
