Members of the Johnson County Conservation Board may attend the following event:

Bird Friendly Iowa Dedication Ceremony for Johnson County

Date: Friday, November 14

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Formal Dedication Ceremony from 10-10:30 a.m.)

Location: Conservation Education Center at F.W. Kent Park

This is not a formal meeting of the Johnson County Conservation Board, and no deliberations or official business will be conducted. The gathering is purely informational and social and/or ministerial in nature. As such, it does not constitute a meeting as defined under Iowa Code Chapter 21 (Iowa Open Meetings Law). No minutes will be kept, and no action will be taken by the Board during this event. Attendance is open to the public.

This notice is provided in the interest of transparency and to inform the public of the potential presence of three or more Board members at a public event.
