The Johnson County Empowerment/Early Childhood Iowa Area Board is sponsoring a children's outerwear drive. Bring new or gently used coats (sizes NB-5T) infant/toddler/children's sized hats, mittens or gloves to the social services lobby in the Health and Human Services building (855 S. Dubuque St.) Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm between now and December 1st.
