The Johnson County Empowerment/Early Childhood Iowa Area Board is the Johnson County area for the statewide Early Childhood Iowa initiative https://earlychildhood.iowa.gov/ . The budget forum is an opportunity for community members to learn more about how Early Childhood Iowa funds are utilized to assist Johnson County children ages 0-5 and their families.
