The Middle Iowa Watershed Management Authority (WMA) is seeking proposals for Comprehensive Water Quality Management Planning services. Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on March 14, 2024. There will be a pre-bid meeting from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, at the City of North Liberty.
