Application
To apply to the program, please complete the following:
1. Complete the web form below.
2. Upload, via the link:
- Your selected contractor estimate
- Soil Quality Restoration worksheet. This must be completed by the contractor, and can also be provided by the contractor separate from this application.
3. Click submit.

Your application must be approved prior to the work being completed.
You will receive email notification from the County of your application status within 1-3 business days of application submission for the 50% cost-share. If you elect to participate in the up to 75% cost-share, you will also receive your application status from the SWCD the last week of the month of application, and will need both approvals prior to completing the work.
