Application

Your application must be approved by the County prior to the work being completed.  To apply to the program, please complete the following:

1. Complete the web form below.

2. Upload, via the link below:

  • The contractor estimate
  • Soil Quality Restoration worksheet (this will also be completed and provided by the contractor). 

3. Click submit. 

Prefer to mail your application and estimate for approval? A copy is available for download here.

You will receive email notification from the County of your application status within 1-3 business days of application submission.
