To apply to the program, please complete the following:

1. Complete the web form below.

2. Upload, via the link below:

  • Your selected contractor estimate
  • Soil Quality Restoration worksheet (this must be completed by the contractor). 

3. Click submit. 

Prefer to mail your application and estimate for approval? A copy is available for download here.

Your application must be approved prior to the work being completed.  

You will receive email notification from the County of your application status within 1-3 business days of application submission if participating in the 50% cost-share, or during the last week of the month of application, if participating in the 75% cost-share.
