This is accomplished through the City of Lone Tree under the direction of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) government program. Each of 81 apartments has 540 square feet. 8 of the apartments are handicapped accessible. All utilities are included except telephone. Cable television is available at the tenant’s expense. Tenant parking is available adjacent to the building. There is a lounge and laundry facilities on each floor. In addition there is a large community room for social events and family gatherings.
