The Iowa City Senior Center (ICSC) enhances the quality of life by creating opportunities to support wellness, social connections, community engagement, and lifelong learning for a diverse and growing older adult population.  Located in the historic post office on the corner of Linn and Washington Streets in downtown Iowa City, ICSC has been serving adults aged 50+ since 1981.

Johnson County Conservation/Kent Park

This picturesque 1,062-acre park is located 3 miles west of Tiffin on Highway 6 is one of Iowa’s premier county parks and one of the nicest you will find anywhere.

A 27-acre lake, which contains catfish, large mouth bass, bluegill, and crappie, provides the angler with many fine hours of fishing enjoyment.

Come and explore the prairies, forests and wetlands, camp or enjoy a swim after an afternoon of fishing, hiking or participating in any of the other activities at F.W. Kent Park.

North Liberty 55+ Connections

55+ Connections is the series of programs and events available for older adults in North Liberty and Johnson County. There are two weekly programs that meet every Tuesday and every Friday.
55+ Connections: Friday Lunch - Every Friday, the North Liberty Recreation Center hosts a $5 meal, catered by a local restaurant. On the first and third Fridays participants can join in a game of bingo, which is free to play with the chance to win small prizes.
