The Planning, Development and Sustainability Department is temporarily moving locations and will be closed Oct. 30 and possibly Oct. 31

The Johnson County Planning, Development and Sustainability (PDS) Department will be moving to the Health & Human Services Building (HHS Building), 855 S. Dubuque St., Iowa City, while construction takes place in the Administration Building, 913 S. Dubuque St., Iowa City.

Detailed schedule changes include:

PDS Department: The PDS Department will be closed to the public on Monday, Oct. 30 and possibly Tuesday, Oct. 31, and will reopen in its new location on the third floor of the HHS Building on Wednesday, Nov. 1.

Recorder’s Office: The Recorder’s Office will be closed to the public starting at noon on Friday, Oct. 27, and will reopen in its new location on the third floor of the HHS Building on Monday, Oct. 30.

The Iowa City Assessor and County Assessor offices are temporarily moving locations

The Iowa City Assessor and County Assessor will be moving to the Health & Human Services Building (HHS Building), 855 S. Dubuque St., Iowa City starting Wednesday, Oct. 25, while construction takes place in the Administration Building, 913 S. Dubuque St., Iowa City.

Iowa City Assessor: The Iowa City Assessor will be closed to the public on Wednesday, Oct. 25, and will reopen in its new location on the third floor of the HHS Building on Thursday, Oct. 26.
