The Johnson County Board of Supervisors is accepting applications for its Land Access Program (LAP) at the Johnson County Historic Poor Farm, located at 4811 Melrose Ave. in Iowa City.
Veterans Day 2022 hours announced for Johnson County governmental offices

Most Johnson County governmental offices will be closed on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022, in observance of Veterans Day.
Detailed schedule changes include:
Johnson County accepting grant applications for administration of Housing Rehabilitation and Emergency Home Repair Program
Johnson County is accepting applications for one or more contractors to administer and implement housing rehabilitation and emergency home repair services. The County may award up to $600,000 in funding, over a 42- month period. Eligible applicants include; non-profit charitable organizations and governmental entities that provide services to Johnson County residents.

Following a public input on earlier materials, the most recent draft documents related to creating a Windham village plan and boundary are ready for public review and comment. A public hearing scheduled for Monday, Nov. 14 will include opportunities for additional public input and discussion.
