Photos:
- Please share the best quality, highest resolution photo you have. PNG or JPG for files
- I like to credit the photographer. If the media content isn't yours, please let me know who to credit in the description.
- Always face a light source. Natural lighting, like a window, provides great free lighting.

Zoom Photos:
- If you're sharing a screenshot of your zoom meeting, it is recommended to have your zoom meeting in SPEAKER VIEW, especially when highlighting a guest speaker
Zoom Videos:
- If you would like a video of your zoom meeting, including clips or the entire video to appear on any of our social media channels, please provide them as an MP4 or MOV file.
Videos:
- File format: MP4 or MOV
- Landscape videos are always the best! If you're filming on your phone just remember to flip it sideways or horizontal.
- Be mindful of background noise, such as wind & busy streets.
- We always like to credit the videographer. If the media content isn't yours, please let me know who to credit in the description!

Highlighting Events:
- If you're highlighting an upcoming event, please provide a link where people can register to join the event.
- If highlighting a past event, please include information about the event & who is in the photo.
Writing Descriptions:
- Curious what the description should be? Ask yourself the questions below:
- Who is this from?
- Where was this taken?
- What happened?
- How can others join? (if applicable)
- Are the links the reader should be guided to?
- Should someone be tagged on this post? What are their social media pages?
- Is there a deadline for this event? (if applicable)
- Is there a quote you would like to share?
- Print Materials Request Form
Please use this form for any print materials that you would like produced or updated. This would include posters, brochures, postcards, bulk mailings, etc. We utilize a local print shop for all of these materials & once approved, materials take 5-7 business days to arrive at the latest. The OEC will fill out a Requisition Form for the purchase of the printed items & have the manager in your division sign off.
Remember to include the number of prints needed, budget, & the billing code to list. If you don't know the billing code, please speak to your manager before submitting this form.

Founded in the Fall of 2022, the goal of this monthly internal newsletter is to help staff understand what other divisions are working on as well as fill in between the monthly All-Staff meetings & bi-annual Staff Retreats.
