All riders must have a referral to utilize this service.  Any rider without a referring agency can contact Johnson County for a referral (contact information below).  Please only contact Community Partner agencies if you are currently receiving services from them.  Any human service agency, medical provider, or social worker can start making referrals by contacting the Johnson County contacts below.
