All Johnson County residents are encouraged to provide feedback about their priorities for eligible use of $29.3 million of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds through an online questionnaire at https://johnsoncountyiowa.iad1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_425gsQ7THOCMMCO. The survey is currently translated into Spanish, French, Arabic and Swahili.

Based on recommendations from the Johnson County Public Health Department (JCPH), the Johnson County Board of Supervisors voted on Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, to extend the requirement for all people – visitors and employees – to wear face coverings that cover both nose and mouth completely while inside Johnson County facilities, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.
The face covering mandate is effective through Thursday, Jan. 15, 2022, and is subject to change, pending guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and JCPH.
