Johnson County is accepting applications for one or more contractors to administer and implement housing rehabilitation and emergency home repair services. The County may award up to $600,000 in funding, over a 42-month timeframe. Eligible applicants include non-profit charitable organizations and governmental entities that provide services to Johnson County residents. 

Following a public input on earlier materials, the most recent draft documents related to creating a Windham village plan and boundary are ready for public review and comment. A public hearing scheduled for Monday, Nov. 14 will include opportunities for additional public input and discussion.

The Johnson County Board of Supervisors announces four vacancies on the Livable Community for Successful Aging Policy Board beginning upon appointment and expiring June 30, 2024. Two vacancies are for individuals affiliated with an aging/livable organization and two vacancies are for residents of Johnson County.
